Purpose: To set out the visions and actions required for the cooperation between Europe and China under the Belt and Road Initiative in an open spirit. Focusing on sustainable infrastructure, and connectivity and investment and financing under the BRI, the dialogue will expand cooperation consensus, identify cooperation goals, specify cooperation measures, and create a more open and efficient platform for international cooperation between key European and Chinese stakeholders.
