It is believed that the Belt and Road Initiative will continue to boost the development of African manufacturing and become an important bond connecting Sino-Africa cooperation, according to a report by AFP.

China and France have conducted many cooperation projects in Africa with huge potential and promising prospects. French academic circles highlight the tripartite cooperation involving China, France and Africa and call for further cooperation between them, the Economic Daily reported.

With China's active encouragement, there is a great potential for trilateral cooperation between China, France and Africa, said Michel Raimbaud, a professor of the French Centre for Diplomacy and Strategic Studies.

Michel Aglietta, a leading French economist, pointed out that the initiative is an updated version of economic globalization. It upholds an open and inclusive attitude, promotes relevant countries to keep up with the trend of global economic development and has made remarkable achievements.
