It is a great significance that Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe pays an official visit to China on Oct 25 to 27, at the time of the 40th anniversary signature of the Sino-Japanese peace and friendship treaty, expected to bring a new stage of Sino-Japanese relations, Xinhua News Agency reported.
